They Say Bad Cropping, I Say No Way

I don't really see the bad cropping rejection here. What should I do differently to this shot to make it acceptable?

There's a fair amount of dead space at the bottom. Could you zoom out and recrop so there's more on the right and top?

Train is too small and not the subject.

You cropped as a picture, but not as a railroading picture.

From a purely photographic standpoint, it’s an awesome image. However, like others have said, from a RP standpoint, the train doesn’t seem to be the main subject. I think it’s a very cool image, though!

Bingo - so seemingly obvious when you have your RP glasses on.
Why they have not yet implemented a new rejection, I do not know.
-Subject centered vertically-
Jim - nice crop, but we lose the painting on the foreground subject.

Well, thanks for all the comments guys! I might re-crop the image to eliminate some dead space, but I won't worry too much about it. If RP doesn't want it, then they don't get it. I have a few other shots with trains and the Inaugural, so I will try some of those too.

Given what Mitch said, crop right and bottom.

If I didn't know better, I'd think you were a blond woman.
Either that, or my attempt to mock this site was a failure.

nice idea, I like it. Although the train isn't the main focus in the shot and is a small part of it. Too many things draw my eyes away from the train for me, which is the killer in my opinion for RP....
