Default Worth it?

I thought that this looked kind of cool even though I knew it was underexposed. I was just wondering if you guys though it was worth some more editing?

I guess I'm wondering why if you knew it was underexposed, why did you submit it? And then when it was rejected for being underexposed, why bring it here? We're all probably going to tell you to brighten the shot up a bit...

...and then some of us might mention the Composition, like the train is a tab high in the frame or the distracting way the tracks curve out of frame and then back in. Since the track is cut off, I'd probably crop more off the right and a little off the bottom. Of course, it didn't get rejected for that, so take it for what it's worth.
