If they find themselves playing the Phillies, then I'll temporarily become a Cubs fan for the first time (And they BETTER not choke that series either!)

The Rockies are a team of destiny (and I'm not a Rockies fan). You heard it here first!

After the way the fan base there treated Bartman for catching that ball, they don't deserve to ever have another World Series appearance.

Everyone wanted to blame Bartman for the loss of that game, when the fact was the Cubs came unglued and couldn't cut it. Let's not forget how many opportunities they had to get out of that inning BEFORE "the inning" as it's become known.

Bartman was doing what millions of others who've attended baseball games have done and several in his immediate vicinity were trying to do.

I'm surprised like many that they went down in 3 games, they were just beten, and beaten good.

It's hard to take any statement on sports seriously by someone who can't pick between the Sabres and Islanders.

Amen J. But at least Andrew is a fan of the "Silver & Black"...who by the way could be in first place at the end of the weekend. By the way, the Indians are finally going to make me happy by taking out the Bo-Sox, then the NL rep. (Even though as a true Indians lifer, I know if the make it to the series, somehow Jose Mesa will find a way to blow it for them)

No need to pick; two different divisions. Its the Islanders when they play Buf. during the season because God knows they need all the wins they can get, and its the Sabres if the two ever, by some miracle, meet in the playoffs.

And that would truly be a miracle. The Sabres were an interesting team to watch here at the beginning of September against Minnesota. But, wow, the number one team last year wasn't good enough to beat the "home" team...
