Default First shots off the 5D / L glass

Met up with my buddy Dave he runs the 101 on the Florida East Coast Railway. I usually shoot him elsewhere but I stopped here on a whim of a red light facing the other way, sure enough he showed up early and I would have missed him in my other spot.

The smaller images look a bit soft but the originals are %100 tack sharp. It's unbelieveable how sharp they are. These two were with the 24-105L, this next one was with the 70-200 f4L IS, it's a crop. I was too far for 200mm this would have been a good shot with the 300mm f4L IS

anyway, i don't know what's happening in processing that makes these look like ass but the originals are so sharp you can read the warning stickers on the front door.
