High sun

I think I understand high sun problems now after looking at tons of pictures compared to the ones I have had rejected. I was getting a little frustrated but now I see my problem. This example I thought was great. It showed an old GP9 but it had lots of flaws that I need to address. Joining this site is going to make me a much better photographer in the future.

On a day like this, try to find a spot you can stand on the other side of the tracks.

With such a rare unit like this, you may get some leeway in a photograph.

Thats what I was hoping for, a little leeway because it was kind of rare. I have a few other pictures of the same loco just before a thunderstorm rolled in. I'll try those ones but I don't feel they are as good.

or try to find aspot like abridge over the tracks or something like this that makes your level is above than the level of the roof of the train.as in high sun time in asummer day it makes the trucks dark and the colors not good.

This photo, in particular, may be less desirable to upload due to a large amount of vegetation biting into the bottom of the locomotive.
