I just got a new laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium (64) and installed Firefox. Some sites are all jacked up - mostly links but some headers seem affected as well. They come in large and bold. I tried reinstalling fonts and the issue is still there. IE doesn't seem to have the problem, just Firefox. Any ideas? Zoom is fine, settings are good, etc.
It's not a "problem", really, just a preference. I myself like the Win7 version.
Hmm. If that's normal, then I need an abnormal version. My other laptop, running W7 wasn't doing it. It was running 32 bit, which I don't think it really matters.
I have not played with Win7 yet but you might try looking through the Firefox help stuff. I'm not sure how much they've debugged Win7 64 bit yet since there's very little 64 bit support and even less Win7 64 bit support.

I'm running the exact same things as you, and am not having this issue. All columns are the same font. Have you tried other message boards/layouts to see if you experience this with those?

Have you Windows 7 guys noticed a problem with the color? I've adjusted it numerous times and keep changing it, but it keeps going back to the default preference which is way way over saturated, contrast blown out, and way too bright. I'll change it and then it goes back an hour later.

I'm not seeing any problems with mine. I guess the real test would be to see how many color rejections I've had in the last year since I got "7". I've had a few, but nothing out of the ordinary from working on XP.
