Utah coal train on UP

I am visiting Salt Lake City this week and I would like to see the Utah RR operations. Can anyone offer what times/days does the Utah railroad coal train operate over the UP east of Salt Lake City? Is it a daily operation? Any and all tips to see this operation is appreciated.

Used to be daily, with a mid-afternoon departure west from Martin, UT. Not sure if this is still the case. Anyone else with more up to date info?

Also, the Utah helpers will assist BNSF manifests, so there is another chance to get their power at work.
