Curtis Bay Piers slug/mother sets

Hi folks.
Andrew Ordun's picture ( http://www.railpictures.net/photo/453871/ ) got me wondering; were these things considered a success? Are they still operating? Andrew's picture is the most recent one I've seen. There's been nothing in the last five years, that I can find.
(Don't know if an industrial counts as a shortline, but this seems to be the most relevant forum, out of the ones available)

As good of a place to any to ask. Let me check with a source. I saw these things when they were delivered, but then moved away from the DC metro area not long after.

They were still in service as of 2 years ago. 3 sets on the property, unsure how many were in use.

Up here in Canadaland, both CN and BC Rail (before CN took over) used Switcher and slug sets. Many are still in use in CN yards in the west anyway. Most (all?) are equipped for belt-pack operation as well.

Confirmed the GP39/slug sets are still at Curtis Bay. I've been down there before with an escort, and let's just say it's not something you photograph from the street. That explains the lack of coverage.
