You all make this more complicated then necessary, all I did to the attached image was some shadow-highlights, a touch of the California blur filter, and used the auto aesthetic tool.

I love it, where can one download the "California Blur" tool for CS3?
On a serious note, this is one of those locations that I have tried to get a train but the sun never cooperates. Also typically trains are Westbound on this track, the only reason I got this one was because the other track was OOS for track work.

Just an update, I appealed the photo and was rejected. Oh well, I'll just wait until wide cabs aren't common anymore. At least we got an interesting thread out of it. Thanks for the help.
