Currently using an Epson V500 for scanning slides. Can anyone recommend a dedicated scanner? Pacific Image, Plustek, etc. Don't suggest a Nikon or Minolta... Looking to upgrade....
I have a V-700 which is similar to V-500. I bought a Plustek and was not thrilled as results were different requiring different processing and seemed to present a learning curve so went back to Epson. My feeling is there is not a lot to be gained?? but certainly others can disagree.
