The first picture is cropped too tight, show us more of the scene and let the train breathe a little.

The second just is just a boring shot of a station with a cut-off crossing gate in front of it. Can't be saved for railpix, sorry.

The last picture is backlit, notice the shadows on the left of the train. It would have been better if you were on the other side of the tracks, if that was possible.

Move away from that crossing gate!

Try a night time exposure on the station. No clue how it is lit at night.

Combine 2 and 3 minus the crossing gate.

The front of the loco on the first one looks to be a little blurry. Also, if you go back to that location I would try shooting from the other side of the road (but the same side of the track) and try and place the train just before it gets to the shadow between the second and third coach.

The station picture (#2) is OK, but it could do without the post and crossing barrier. You will need to find another angle to shoot from if possible rather than try and crop the offending item out in the existing shot.

Picture #3 is quite pleasing but, as was previously mentioned, the sun is just wrong. The picture is also leaning slightly to the right.

Another point is that all three pictures look over sharpened, especially #2 and 3.
