Southern California Local Freight Field Guide available
As some of you are aware, I have been keeping a running list of local SoCal freights the last couple years.
Now, through the magic of POD publishing, I am making it availble to all.

It is not a picture book, just lots of facts... and the truth of the matter is that you can probably find most of the information if you want to do the work of searching. What the book gives you is all the info in one convenient place and written out in a bit clearer manner than is found on the net.

You gave yourself permission to post about your own book? Or one of the Chris' gave you permission to shamelessly plug your own work?

As it may be unclear to some, my post was with humorous intent, however successful in content.

Well, I am old school, but I'm not hip hop.
Of course, I am old enough that I hear Red Foxx on Sanford & Son anytime someone mentions El Segundo.

For 22 years I've been thinking about my wallet whenever someone mentions El Segundo.

There is a new version of the So Cal Local Freight Guide now - vastly improved (much cleaner information - at least 50% updated). There are also photos now (BW), historic locals, existing RR structures in So Cal, model railroad information in So Cal, and much, much more.
