The engines are dead center in the frame. I'd say add some more sky and some more on the right if you have it.

The lead loco needs to be at the Lower Left Rule Of Thirds intersection. Now it is is on the Upper Left one and that will not work.

Next up: a Too Dark rejection. Check your histogram. You are short on the right of the histogram; you need more exposure.
