Default Is It Level?

Before submitting this one, I looked at the grid pretty heavily. The corners of all of the houses on the hill, the two electric transmission poles above the cab and cooling fans of the lead unit, the eight stacks above second and third units, and the cylindrical structures above the lead unit all appear to be vertical.

Is it worth an appeal?

The high-tension power pole nearest the center actually leans right a bit.

Still, given past history, your appeal could fail.

Being that the background is so insignificant since there isn't that much of it before it goes to sky, try leveling the cab corner closer.

That's a tough one - my monitor does not have the resolution to detect the degree of unlevel, nor are my eyes good enough to verify.

The roofs in the foreground seem perfectly level, though when I first saw the pic, it seemed unlevel CCW. Sometimes it's not whether an image is level, but rather, does it "look" level. Hard to fix without having the house roofs go unlevel.

Those two things sticking up in the center of the image I think look CCW unlevel - maybe they are?

I took the path of least resistance and rotated CW 1 degree.

Just don't call me out for an unlevel shot!

When it's a Chessie shot one's eyes tear a bit and the precision of the rotation no long matters.
