Default Fixable?

Normally I wouldn't ask about a PIQ rejection but I wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this one?

Yeah, I'm afraid that's what I am seeing also.

Would be great if the cell phone tower and the pole behind the signal bridge werent there too... so distracting

I just don't see much here, but you might try cropping as a vertical. As is the shot has no impact at all.
