Default Who can see it?
I layered the locomotive in PSE4 and applied noise reduction. Didn't use NR or shadow/highlight tool on the rest - it is just a foggy morning.
Any comments from somebody with a better monitor? http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...d=575914&key=0
