Default Bad Croping or Foreground Clutter?

Hello Everyone

I have uploaded 3 shots of the James St Swing Bridge and these are the rejections I got, so I am not sure what to do. Any advice would help.

1st upload- http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...&key=656698244

2nd upload( first upload croped)- http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...d=658735&key=0

3rd Upload- http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...d=658792&key=0

So either either have the bridge in the way and have foreground clutter or have the whole bridge and it be bad cropping.

The problem with the cropping is the train is centered vertically. Crop out some of the boring sky and some on the right of the first crop, moving the train up and give that a shot.
