Think ROT, Rule of Thirds and put the loco near the lower left grid intersection.

Also RP likes white snow, not grey snow. (It does not matter if this is what it actually looked like to your eye.)

Brighten it up, re-crop, it's in.

Put the loco lower and less centered in the frame. And brighten it two stops.

(Sorry old film reference on the stops)
