I'll give a guy from Greece the benefit of the doubt as to not giving a description. I give him credit for figuring out how to upload the shot at all.

Recommend the following picture for PCA, especially for those who do not looking pictures from abroad. (The smoking man on the bench is really makes the atmosphere of the past century. Timeless picture.)

Just kidding as well.

I know of a place in Pennsylvania that went from Peak color at 9am to blah at 10:30am, at least per the photographs taken by two people..

Well, seeing as Pennsylvania is the home of Candyland, it doesn't surprise me at all.

No offense Matt, and tastes are personal, but I think the wrong shot made it. Congrats, anyway, the RP masses have spoken!

This shot deserves more views in my opinion, no fancy sunset glint light or anything but a really nice photo (the DME power also helps!) in my book.

Even though it has some annoying and easily fixable wide angle distortion, I agree. I'd be quite happy with that shot myself.

It may deserve more views, true, but in my view it isn't PCA level, and that is what this thread is about. No offense to the photog; tastes vary.

You know what sucks? RP doesn't allow you to vote on a picture when you've arrived at it by clicking on a link (like the photo above). It says I have to be logged in, even though it shows that I'm logged in. The only way to vote for Kevin's shot is to go to the main page and search for his image. What a load of crap that glitch is; I wish they'd fix it. Many times I have not voted for a pic because of being forced to do extra work to find the pic.

I agree! A good, well executed scene. Everything from the matched power to the reflection, and framing. Well done!

Whether it deserves PCA or not is up to the voters here, but over in ObsCar it got chosen as Wednesdays MWOTD.

I don't know how many will actually consider this PCA material, but I really like the way the black engine comes out of the city, I like the narrow range of color in the buildings, which creates an interesting texture. I wish I had taken this.
