Default Trying to get around a cloudy day...did it work?

Hello everyone,
On a recent trip to Detroit I opted to shoot it despite the cloudy conditions. It was a very hard fence to shoot through, so I included part of it. Rejected for PEQ. Is there any hope or is this something for the personal collection?

The Rejected Photo

Thanks,
Jim

Fence doesn't really do anything for me... interesting shot otherwise.

I agree, fence doesnt do it any good, if you got the swither with that big crane i think it would be a winner, the cloudy day works with the dreary scrapyard mood.

Good try. Fence would have worked nicely with more depth of field to bring it in a little. I like it though. Up the contrast a little, bump saturation, and you've got a keeper for your personal collection.
