Default Bad Cropping-Confused.

Could some body please help with this one as I am confused, I have had one image accepted taken from the same location, same day within 30mins of each other, and same crop and another shot rejected for bad cropping,
I have recropped to almost indentical crop and still rejected, and appeal also rejected.
All comments welcomed, Thank in advance. and Merry Xmas & Happy New Year to all.

No idea, unless two different screeners did the two shots. In which case I agree with the rejecting screener because I find the truncated pole, just the ends of the crosspieces and no pole, to be really distracting.

For that shot to really work properly you need to get some elevation so you can see over the train and see the rest of the train on the curve. As it is, I think it leaves a bit to be desired...

One will take it, the next wont. Its hard to see what you have to work with but try zooming in past the pole line the next time your there. From the looks of it there is a lot of shots or angle .
