Have you tried uploading it yet? I would try cropping the big shaded area at the bottom, that will make it too long horizontally though so you'll need to crop some off the left or right and that will put the locomotive out of the center of the pic. Looks like something that would be accepted just need to find the right crop.
Do you have anything from back a little farther so the crane and sand tower aren't cut off???
Same here. Did you take any shots in portrait (vertical) format that show the top of the crane jib and sand tower? It would also be preferable if the guy in the hard hat and yellow jacket wasn't right in front of the loco either.
Well maybe something along these lines but it looks a little odd without the whole crane in...I hope your original file is much larger, after I did some cropping it is very small now! If you aren't on the verge of losing any of your upload privileges I'd try submitting it and let us know how it goes.
