Leveling: How Far Should I Go?

I like this shot, but I'm not exactly sure how to level it. The train was on a super elevated curve, so that explains the lean. I tried to level off of the bridge, but it obviously didn't work. About how far should I rotate it to make it level?

Your on the wrong side to catch the light on the side of the train.

Even if you could correct the leveling issue, they will most likely reject it for the shadow on the side.

I was looking at the vertical lines on the side of the bridge and... it looks pretty much level! Maybe leaning to the left a little bit?

The bridge does look level. Appeal and say it is a super-elevated curve?

Looks pretty level to me also.... but the lighting is poor since your on the wrong side of the tracks / vs the sun for this type of wedge shot... unlikely to get approved for the lighting issue vs being unlevel... they might have clicked on the wrong rejection in screening

Actually, The other side would've been worse. The lighting was dead on the nose. I still though it was still a cool action shot though. As for the leveling, I thought that it was good too. If the screener didn't know about the curve, I could see why he would've rejected it. I don't know what to do with this shot. I'm torn between reuploading or keeping it for the archives.
