Brandon,
The first one has a distracting blob of light. The composition and color is kind of cool and with the little bit of color detail in the sky, it makes for an appealing photo, but the headlight glare is sort of a killer and therefore I find the overexposed rejection fitting.
The second is my favorite of the bunch. I really wish there was a separation between the crossbuck and the tree to sort of clarify that dark area, but other than that, the scene is nice. The full moon brings detail to the sky and I like the red flasher lights reflecting off the pavement. The headlights are not distracting in this image because of the composition.
The third one is sort of dull. Nice placement of the moon with the signal, but the signal needs to be lit for the scene to work. Additionally, a little bit dull on the right side of the frame. You almost need another signal.
The final one, my guess is that you would've gotten an overexposed rejection, as it is similar to the first one in that the headlights really awkwardly approach the camera and the blob of light is distracting.
Those are my thoughts! Decent attempts..
