With the following rejection, I wanted to highlight the reflection of the Acela being captured on the side of the ALP-46 on the right.

I've attached the original. Is there a way I can crop this that might resolve the issue or am I out of luck given the constraints of the scene/image as shot?

Also, if there is an effective way I can crop it, does the horizon look level? The catenary poles at this location sometimes make it tricky to figure out the correct angle.

I'm surprised they didn't get you for a going away shot.

This composition doesn't look all that far off the mark to me. I might take a little of the foreground off the bottom and crop the right back the end of the second car. As far as level is concerned, it looks OK to me.

That rejection has only cropped up a couple of submissions for me, so I guess I've been fairly lucky in that regard. I may be getting a little leeway here because the Acela has the trailing power car and/or there's enough creativity with the reflection captured in the train on the right. Of course, a different screener might take issue with the going away perspective if I try this again.

After adjusting for a second rejection for low contrast, I was able to successfully get it through:
