Sorry, no, these can't be fixed. They are exactly what the common angle cloudy day rejection is for. Even the wide angle, where the sky is pretty poor and I suspect you also got a cloud in front of the sun at the moment you were shooting.

Try again another day with good light, good luck.

That location only has good light at the very end of the day... about the last half hour to 45 minutes before sunset:
