Well guys,thanks for all your input and assistance,but it seems that we now have a definitive decision on this image -

It would have been nice to have had this decision some days ago and so not spent so much time and effort in trying to correct (and guess) just what the screeners were after.
Oh well - onwards ever onwards.

This ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason for this. Just because a screener doesn't like means that the rest of the world can't see it who's not on forums. Screeners, you screwed this one up. Wow. Lets hope another fox runs in front of train on a perfectly sunny day and you're on the right side of the tracks so you can better execute a picture.

Well, of course. A classic case here on RP, and one of the reasons why a lot of people get frustrated with screening process.

Nice shot, Don't know if it is what they want in a shot? Boy you guys have short sidings and tight switches.
