Underexposed - oversaturated and the crossing arm in front of the loco kills it. Any others?

The point of his post was to say "no," you cannot salvage it. As Travis pointed out, there are numerous issues with that shot.

What ISO setting do I need when it's cloudy? I knew the arm was in the way,but figured since I'm new at taking still pictures,that I'd post this one to get some feedback,so I can get better. I appreciate the feedback,Travis.
