Default Rule of the third, rejection

Hi. That my first time here asking a question in this forum. Recently I uploaded a photo of Loc. which shows the side of the Loc. I tried to edit it according to the "Rule of Thirds" as well watching at similar photos accepted at RP. The photo was rejected for the reason " The subject is awkwardly positioned in the frame" I do hope that some of the members could explain me what was my editing mistakes and lead me how to correct these edit.
Thanks in advance ,
Michael

It's much too tight on the left, cutting off the two workers also makes for an awkward composition.
