I saw that one; I like the one I picked better. That one is nice but is the standard view; the one I picked was an unusual angle and I like the shimmer on it.

There aren't that many skyscrapers near me, but I have this one, with the London skyline in the background.

Graham, it has been a while since I was at Chapham Jct, what is that structure in the middle of the tracks? I don't remember it.

Here are a few of mine. The track layout and volume of trains allows for many views of the city here in Pittsburgh.

A carriage washing plant. This one is comparatively recent, but there has been a washing plant on that site for many years.

Thanks. I'll have to check my old pix (prints from 2001 or so) and see whether or not a facility is there. I could have just forgotten about it.

I don't shoot cities much. Not much on big buildings here, except for that apartment building in the background.

Way to revive an 11 month old thread to get a few more views of your recent shots, Travis! It's definitely in the spirit of these gallery threads

So, in that spirit, two shots of different parts of the St Paul skyline (and both going away shots at that):

BTW otter, I found an airline tag from your luggage up there on the bluff earlier this summer...I'll take a pic and post it to prove it if I have to (with your address blurred out of course).
