Default Struggling to Crop this One

I'm struggling to get this vertical crop right. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Take some off of the left side to get the nose of the loco out of the center and into the left 1/3 mark, and then cut the top down some to accommodate the aspect.

PS: If you have the pixels to work with, you may want to move the nose as above, but go horizontal with the crop...just a thought.

Something like this if I choose to stay vertical?

I could go horizontal but its all just dense greenery on both sides and I don't know if that would just be a lot of dead space?

Thanks!

Davis

Yes, like that.

As far as my horizontal comment, I meant to keep the sides as-is in your new edit, but to cut the top down to a horizontal crop...only if you if the pixels to work with and not lose photo quality by doing so.

I gotcha now.

I'll give this one a shot and if its still a rejection then I'll go the horizontal route, as I do have the pixels to work with.

Thanks again,

Davis

Still too much on top and not an appealing ratio for this scene, but then again, I'm not a screener.
