Default Poor lighting (Backlit)???what is????

I'm relatively new here, but my sense is that RP tends to reject pictures if the side of the train is in shadow, even if the nose is lit. Or at least that is one strike against an image. Both of these have that problem

With both of these pictures you need to be the other side of the train if possible so that the sun is behind you and shining on the side of the train. Also one of the pictures has a date stamp on the image, it would be best to turn this feature off on your camera.
