GPS Train Locator (software)

As I sit at home listening to my scanner wondering when the next train will come, I was wondering if anyone knew of any GPS locator or downloadable software I can get that would let me be able to track trains in the area. I have heard that certain Yahoo groups have this? Any input is welcome.

Not exactly GPS software, but depending on your area you might be able to track them with ATCS monitor http://www.atcsmon.com/ You will need to join the Yahoo group to download the software, and you can also check to see if someone has created a layout for your area. Also you will either need a radio with a discriminator tap or someone running a server for you to get a feed from.
