Default Indianapolis Belt Railway

I'm planning a trip to the Indianapolis, IN area in the coming weeks and according to a 2008 edition locomotive roster book I have this railway has 2 locomotives. Unfortunately I have been unable to find any information as to whether the locomotives actually exist. The INRD does recognize them on their map of Indianapolis, but there is very little information out there. If anyone has any information about this railway or to where I can find these locomotives would be greatly appreciated.

"The Belt" was absorbed by Conrail at least 25 years ago and operated solely with CR GP-15's when I worked in the area in the mid 1980's. Now under CSX I doubt there is any Belt-owned equipment.
