Default Major new Utica Shale traffic for the Ohio Central

Another big customer opening in the spring of 2013. This will be a VERY nice shot in the arm for the east end of the Ohio Central:

The plant will be located at Scio, Ohio. From there west to Bowerston, both OC and the WLE operate on this segment, so this could become a bustling area for regional railroad fanning by next summer.

The WLE is already seeing major benefits from a similar plant built at Westland, PA which opened in late summer 2012.

Is the Columbus and Ohio River RR operated jointly with the OC, or is it the OC in all but name? Is it equivalent in status to the P&OC? Is the equipment in a C&OR scheme or an OC scheme?

TIA

CUOH is one of several paper railroads which make up the combined Ohio Central System in Ohio. There is no equipment lettered for the CUOH. The POHC is actually a separate operation, though part of the Ohio Central family, with its own uniquely lettered equipment.
