Default "Foreground Clutter"

Since when do RR crossing signals classify as Foreground Clutter on a RR picture website? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, Not to you but on here it is. I to find it annoying. It's not a bad shot but not what they want, They want good light with no shadows and not a thing in front of it, Grass thats to tall will get a shot for Foreground clutter to. My guess is your mad and don't want to change how you shoot? this isn't the place for you? but if you want to get better photos in the long run play by there rules for the shots you want on.
RPNet is about making the better photo so everyone can enjoy not a roister shot I got it depository.
