Default Bad cropping, need help

What are they looking for on the cropping of this immage? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bad cropping is probably the least of your concern in those images. The image quality isn't that great especially on the first two, and also with the first two there is major haloing going on above the tree line, locomotive and signal. It's like a solid halo line, too. What causes that? You also have branches in front of the loco on the first pic, and some green light flaring in the second.

#3 is overexposed, and the lighting is poor in the 4th, as the loco is completely shadowed.
