Default NRHS convention trip to Sunbury

Anyone other there know what the power should likely be on the NRHS convention trip on CP to Sunbury PA in June?

Also is there a destination for the trip other than a siding in the woods? I am familiar with the area and the last passing siding is just that a spot in the woods away from town. Have they made arrangements to go into the town of Sunbury or will they turn in the woods and return?

The former requires entry to NS tracks?
