Good thing dennis asked! You titled the thread "bad composition" but the reject was for bad cropping, a different thing.
You are scraping too close to the margins at the top and at the bottom.
That may not be the only thing, but it jumps out.

And the placement of the train isn't that great either, both in the frame and on the tracks. It's too close to the pole.
