I am the GN Empire Builder.

You're the Empire Builder!

An admirer of Lewis & Clark, you have a firm belief in
Manifest Destiny. Your destiny has manifested itself in a northern and at
times desolate existence, but you don't mind life on the mountainside with
snow and goats. Though your glory days are well past you, many still come
to visit you to talk about the old times and get a taste for what you were
like back in your prime. If you were a dish soap, it would be
Cascade.

It says I'm The City of New Orleans. Very interesting as I really like that song.

While people once associated you with a great experience and good deals, now most just feel sorry for you. It's true that very recent events have left you soaked and devastated, but you still would like people to come visit you anyway. You have promised to revive the inspiration of your name again, but many are skeptical and fear it will cost too much. Avoid lakes, the University of Miami, and people named Katrina. Your favorite day of the week is Tuesday.

I'm the Little Engine that Could, even though I'm about 20 lbs overweight these days...

Here's me:

You're the Short Line!
Remarkably small and somewhat insignificant, you have a very common name. Despite these drawbacks, almost everyone thinks you're worth investing in. Some would consider it to be quite a gamble, but most think that you're a safe bet. You find it hard to stay at either houses or hotels. Math teachers would argue that, technically, you are a paradox.

Well.. FWIW...

You're the Trans-Siberian Railway!
When you were younger, most people only hung out with you to serve a punishment they'd received. You're a fair bit more popular now than in those old days, but it's still a stretch for many to try to get close to you. You're just an extremely cold person, and you tend to venture off for long periods of time. You have a seaside home you once kept secret, but now you're willing to share with others. If you were a doctor, you would be Dr. Zhivago.

Rich (no seaside home!!)

You're Conrail!

Probably the most successful person in the world, you can turn just about anything into a profit. You are modern and efficient, yet you have a proud history. Quality is important to you, and you strive to complete each of your tasks on time. Your favorite day is April Fool's Day.

I modified the code a bit.

Says I am the Transcontinental Railroad. Or Wal Mart if judging by the last line.

You're the Transcontinental Railroad!

A true uniter and not a divider, you have achieved some great
things for those around you. Yet by bringing so many people together, you've
had to step on the toes of those even older and wiser than yourself. Still,
you're regarded as something of a hero, perhaps even on a national level.
Most of what you've done is the result of pure hard labor. Though you have a
hard time admitting it, much of your success is also thanks to contributions
from China.

Default What railroad I am?

I had to look long and hard to find the right one, I know this one fits me..

You're Union Pacific!

Considered by some to be a relic from a bygone era,
persisted in showing that old dogs can learn new tricks. With one foot
planted firmly in the past, the other foot is trying to firmly stomp on
the trucking industry. This leaves your legs quite stretched out, but
your hopes for the future are looking UP. When you've tried to promote
yourself recently, it's been really schmaltzy yet strangely
heartwarming.

You're the Underground Railroad!

Having survived unspeakable things that few others could imagine,
your mission is now to save others from those same horrors. While your tasks are
perilous and you face strong opposition, you know deep down that your cause is
just. While you're very good at running and hiding, your development of these
skills has made you a tiny bit paranoid, and you maintain constant vigilance.
Where possible, stay away from large farms.

Default The B&O

You're the Baltimore & Ohio!

Perceived by most as a classic and perhaps even timeless person,
you always command the respect of those around you. You wind up being slower than
most, but you really aren't concerned with keeping up with the speed of today's
modern times. Older and wiser than average, you still somehow haven't seen very
much of the world. All of your offenses are capital.

Interesting since I fan the B&O so much. LOL
