Nice pan reject
The rejection reason is clear , and I can't change that. But I thought some of you might enjoy the shot while it is still on the reject file.

I find it amazing how some people can't stand the thought of having a photo sit on the HD and not letting the masses see it.

Thanks Mike. As usual you miss the point.
To the rest - especially Mitch and Michael - your tutoring through these forums is bearing fruit.
Warren: Great avatar.

Yeah, the reason for rejection is dead on, but so is your panning skill!

Really? What exactly was the point? As I see it, the point was to simply show people a very much flawed photo.

If I said what I really thought about everything on here, I would likely never be allowed to post again.

Why don't you just go ahead and do that ... you know you want to.

I sure would like to, but that would take a bit of time an would likely spur on arguments that would never get resolved due to some peoples blind bias towards their own photographs and their inability to admit some of their photos just plain suck. Or a flaw is OK as long as it documents an occurrence in railroading even if it makes the photograph unpleasant to look at (open door on a widenose for example).
I also have to consider the recent tightening of moderation on here, but the things above are a much bigger determent than the moderation.

One of the nicer pans I've seen, too bad it won't make RP though, oh well, plenty of nice shots never see this site, but what do I know, I'm not perfect like Mike B!

We should be lucky that we only have one real troll here on these forums and as trolls go, Mike isn't that bad.
These forums are pretty tame. If you wanna see some real trolls, visit some of the sports message boards I frequent. You'll need stress therapy after a few seasons of them.
