Default Ontime performance of Amtrak Cascades SEA-PDX

Here is my first post in this forum. I might be taking the Amtrak Cascades Train #501 this Saturday. How has the ontime performance been lately on this route? I know it is a heavily used route by BNSF, UP and Amtrak. Are there many enroute delays associated with high priority freights such as the BNSF Z-priority intermodals or does the BNSF tend to treat Amtrak pretty well on giving priority on this route?

I can't say anything specific about that route, but you might want to try this website:

http://www.amtrakdelays.com/

It's not affiliated with Amtrak, but the data seems to be relatively accurate. I checked a few of my recent Amtrak trips against the times they listed, and the arrivals were spot on.

Amtrak itself reports information, see "Historical On-Time Performance" on the home page.
