I thought it was pretty good, any ideas on this one folks? I could appeal, but I'm not really sure what to say...

It could be a rejection to protect you or the crew from any sort of retribution since it was taken on a moving train. Granted, the statute of limitations may be expired, but the dirty window isn't helping things!

There are out-the-cab moving-train shots on RP, so I don't think that is the reason. The dirty window does not help, the mess at the bottom, especially the bottom right corner, does not help. It's not very sharp either, and as a result I suspect my inclination to do a tighter vertical to put more emphasis on the grain elevator would fail.
