Default GSMR Cab Rides

This is my first time posting a "trip report" on here.

I have been working on a project in my photojournalism class to do a photostory, I chose to do my project on the work that a railroad employee does from day to day. I spent a week or so contacting quite a few railroads to see if any railroad would be willing to help me out on this project and most did not seem interested, except for the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. I have done two cab rides with them, each time with a different crew. Everyone at the railroad has been extremely friendly and helpful. If you are ever in that area of North Carolina, check it out, the train ride is fairly cheap and offers quite a few nice views with beautiful scenery.

Here are a few other photos that I figure would never make it onto RP. I am still working on some other photos as well.

Thanks for looking!

Thank you! I have really enjoyed the experiences riding in the cab in addition to the many photos I got to take that most people do not always get to do. I still have another hundred photos or so that I have not gone through yet.

If you have a school press pass and workers comp to cover you as you're WORKING makes it easer for corp to hand out a pass, Joe is the man to answer this.
