Default Canon Rebel T1i

I did it, even with my love affair for my G9
http://forums.railpictures.net/showthread.php?t=8737
I just got a T1i with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8

Now I just have to wait for a day off and sunshine so my G9 and I can take the new setup out railfanning.

Anyone else have a T1i?
Never mind that - does anyone want to donate an L lens?

No way that G9 is going to be helpful, I bet it undermines the T1 every change it gets. I strongly advise you keep them well separated until you figure out how to handle the three-way relationship.

Looks like at least one reviewer agrees that you have made a good decision:

Just be prepared to work on the colors if you decide to shoot in RAW and overexpose highlights.

I'll try and keep them well separated.

Say Carl, I kept looking at DP review - that version must have come out this weekend when I was out shopping.
