Default Unlevel?

Here is the photo in question, 2 New ES44DC's 2270 2271 lead CN 101 though the canyon, now this is a canyon and I am shooting from the river bed and if you look at the pole to the left hand side of the screen its vertical so how can this be unlevel or is it my monitor?

Second is rejected for the same thing and is for Bad Angle, although I have shots of this location before on RP....

Good ol' deceptive angles...Something tells me they're not being truthful in their reasons for rejection. Cloudy and obstructing rocks and stuff in front of the trucks.
Remember, your last shot from this location was on a sunny day.

Well, in the first shot, it looks like the train is pulling uphill but in the second one, it looks like it's coasting downhill...so which is it?

As for Bad Angle, going away and the foreground clutter is bad on the second one, but if you have similar shots like this, then it can be frustrating.
