Default Color Reject
Here is the rejection:

This is the out of the camera shot with no color adjustment. Which way do I go with it? Thanks!

Seems like it could use a little boost in saturation. It looks just a bit flat to me.

The way I find it sometimes it tilting my screen back and forth and seeing where it looks the best. Then match it by editing it. This one could be a nice B&W. Maybe try that or just unsaturate it a little bit.
