Yes, you can adjust contrast in post processing. I think you may also want to crop some off the bottom

assuming you can also fix the image quality, its pretty awful.

Were you saving at the highest quality JPEG compression? If your using Photoshop when you save your file set the image quality slider as high up as it will go.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will see if I can fix it.

I agree with the image quality comments. May not be repairable.

And I do have Photoshop so I can correct the compression issue.

If worse comes to worse I will just pass on it. The location is near my home here in the sticks so I can always go back and catch another train.

To start with you must not work the original file other than make it a tiff file out of it if you can, if you can't tiff make a Jpeg to make copy's off that to work that and you can make copy's all you need or want. Copy that

And make sure you get the train before it comes in line with the water tower. As it is now, the water tower looks like it's mounted to the top of the loco.
