I think the Sensor Spots and Bad Cropping Rejection Buttons are right next to each other and the screener hit the wrong one. Crop down the sky then try again and you might get it in the database.

Just use the clone tool to get rid of it.

There is also a few stuck RED pixels above one of the light towers

The best way to find them is to look at the full size file and pull the the slider back and forth looking at a small part of the file one line at an time by pulling the photo up to the next line. You will see all the small ones to and is the time to clone them out.

That and look at other pictures you shot that day with the same lens.

Usually the booger will be in all off the shots in exactly the same place.

No big deal, it happens from time to time and usually it is something on the lens glass rather than the sensor.
