Interesting shortline project in Mississippi

First I've heard of this effort. This would make a pretty interesting scenario for a direct line from the Gulf Coast to the national rail network at Meridian. Hard to say if the volume will be there, but you could also keep drawing that line north up to Tennessee and Kentucky via some existing routes (which would need upgrades) and find yourself close to some major Midwestern intermodal terminals.
